Introduction
In order to improve efficiency for all parties, Fund Evaluation Group will be using the Online Quarterly Content Questionnaire ('QCQ') for data collection. Each quarter, instead of receiving documents for each client and/or product via email, you will receive one email requesting that you log on to the Online QCQ and enter the relevant data.

The Online QCQ uses a menu system that allows users to navigate between screens. This will allow the user to complete sections of the QCQ at various times and not have to click through each screen to access the section needed. There is also a complete summary page available to print or save listing all of the data completed and files uploaded.

Access
The Online QCQ is available at https://qcq.feg.com. The first time you log on a Security Alert may pop up which you will need to accept (i.e. select Yes). Log on using the username and password shown in the notification email you received. If this is your first login to the QCQ system, your password will be the same as your username and you will be prompted to change it.

You are able to log on numerous times to this website, thereby completing information as it becomes available. You will also be able to upload/attach files to the website. However, access to the current quarter's QCQ will lock down at calendar quarter end, allowing us to update the Online QCQ for the next quarter.

Please make sure you hit the Save Screen button after you have entered in data in order for this information to be saved. If data is entered incorrectly an error message will pop up at the bottom of the screen and your data will not save. You will need to re-enter your data and click Save Screen.

If you have a SPAM filter please make sure the email address, qcq@feg.com, is added to your white list so you can receive future communications from Fund Evaluation Group.
